Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis

Accounting systems produce periodic financial statements for both internal and external use. At Jim Davis, CPA, we can either assist your organization in the preparation of these financial statements or our firm can produce using the information provided to us. Internal financial statements are typically considered management reports and, thus, should be geared towards the needs of the management personnel using the report. External financial reports are typically used by those outside the organization to secure loans or review the financial condition of organizations in which they may have an interest. In either case, our firm can assist you in understanding these financial statements so that they accurately disclose information about your organization.
